Training starts in July 2026, with full training provided and no valid license required. You will uphold all onboard safety procedures with professionalism, create a welcoming atmosphere, and deliver premium service. Engage naturally with inflight shopping and serve as the go-to contact for guests' questions and concerns.

Thrive in dynamic team settings, adapt to new crews, and contribute to a supportive environment. Work in a multicultural team in a dynamic and friendly atmosphere with organized monthly base events. Ensure every guest feels seen, valued, and cared for throughout their journey.

Requirements

Minimum Age: 18 years
Valid passport without limitations
Citizenship: Have the right to live and work in Germany and the EU
Minimum Height: 158 cm
Education: Completed secondary education
Fluency in written and spoken German and English
Medical Fitness and ability to swim unassisted
No criminal record
