As a Flight Attendant, impact PSA Airlines’ business growth by aiding safe and efficient flight operations. Service customers professionally in accordance with company objectives and standards to provide customer satisfaction. Assist the Captain from flight planning through termination.

Maintain high crew coordination and professionalism while complying with FARs, TSA, DOT regulations, and company policies. Perform duties efficiently and cordially, reporting discrepancies and advocating for passenger safety. Complete required records and contribute to the Security and Safety Management System.

Requirements

  • Ability to perform duties in a professional, efficient, and cordial manner at all times
  • High degree of crew coordination and professionalism
  • Clear communication with Captain on safety perceptions
  • Familiarity with cabin emergency equipment inspections
  • Compliance with aviation regulations including FARs, TSA, and DOT
  • Reliability and accountability in actions
  • Caring interactions with teammates, colleagues, and customers

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Captain in the safe and efficient conduct of the flight from planning through termination
  • Comply with all applicable FARs, TSA, DOT regulations, company procedures and policies
  • Perform the correct and timely completion of all duties assigned by the company or Captain
  • Conduct a preflight inspection of all cabin emergency equipment as outlined in the Inflight Manual
  • Promptly report any mechanical discrepancies to the Captain
  • Advocate directly and clearly to the Captain regarding perceptions relative to passenger safety
  • Maintain a high degree of crew coordination and professionalism
  • Complete records and reports as required and support the Company's Security and Safety Management System
