The Cabin Supervisor leads administrative staff and manages day-to-day operations in airport environments for G2 Secure Staff. This role focuses on scheduling, staffing, budgeted hours, and limiting overtime while ensuring safety protocols. Leadership in high-pressure aviation settings is essential.

Oversee direct reports by assigning duties and performing subordinate tasks when necessary. Implement the Safety Management System (SMS) and develop station safety plans. Maintain quality assurance oversight for performance and safety issues with corrective actions.

Train and retrain personnel in airline procedures, safety, and company policies. Foster good employee relations, handle problems efficiently, and communicate with senior airline management. Work in extreme weather, cope with delays, and assist passengers.

Monitor employee activity, adhere to policies, and handle off-schedule operations. Project a positive image in client relations and public inquiries. Opportunities to resolve non-routine situations and advance in airport operations leadership.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License (Must meet the G2 Company Driving Policy)
  • One year of front-line experience in a similar or related role
  • Minimum one year of lead or supervisory experience in a similar or related role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must meet requirements to obtain an airport SIDA badge, including background check
  • Must have a reliable mode of communication and transportation
