This Captain position on the A320 fleet is based on a flexible 83.3% part-time agreement for the first 24 months, transitioning to 100% full-time. Seasonal flying pattern includes 100% during summer and December, and 50–75% the rest of the year. This structure provides excellent work–life balance with maximum 155 working days annually and no PR-days.

Requirements
- Unrestricted EASA ATPL (A)
- Valid Class 1 Medical
- Valid Instrument Rating
- ICAO English Level 5 or 6
- Unrestricted right to live and work in the EU
- Clean criminal record
- 4,000+ hours Total Time
- 2,000+ hours on jet aircraft or high-speed turboprops
- 1,000+ hours PIC on aircraft with MTOW above 55.0T
- Experience with winter operations
