Staffhub Limited, an aviation personnel agency based in Cyprus, provides recruitment, consulting, and business support services globally. As A320 Type Rating Instructor and Line Training Captain, deliver specialized training on A320 aircraft. Conduct simulator sessions and line flights to build pilot proficiency.

Requirements
- Valid A320 type rating and A320 experience
- Experience as TRI and LTC on A320
- Minimum 4000 hours total time
- Minimum 1500 command hours on A320
- EASA ATPL
- Class 1 medical
- English ICAO level 4 or higher
- Right to live and work in EU
Responsibilities
- Deliver A320 type rating training in simulators
- Conduct line training for A320 captains
- Assess pilot proficiency and command skills
- Ensure adherence to EASA training standards
- Mentor pilots on operational procedures
- Evaluate performance during line operations
- Maintain training records and reports
